 I installed, configured, setup, and tweaked to my specific need a content management system called Mambo. Mambo is open source and is really really nice to setup and config. I felt other systems like PostNuke, or PHPNuke were overkill for what I wanted, yet basic html was too much coding to do what I needed. I am comfortable using straight html, but it didnt seem right for my website.
Mambo requires your server to have PHP, MySql, and of course a handful of common sense.
