It has been a few months and I started to get the itch yet again.  The itch to change the themes on my websites.  Fortunatly I only had time to do ColumbusGEEK.com right now.  ColumbusGEEK is my business website.

As if setting up a brand new computer, operating system, and various network tweaks wasn't enough, I decided the basic BitTorrent computer box I built wasn't robust enough for me.  I really wanted multiple users and a better interface.  I wanted a total replacement for Azureus and uTorrent clients on the individual computers.  I wanted something central everybody could use and contribute to. 

Unfortunatly this meant I had to install Ubuntu server and I was going to be doing far more terminal typing then GUI clicking.

I recently saw a write up on Digg about how to make a dedicated machine do nothing but download .torrent files.  That seems pretty stupid to me until I really thought about it.  With this setup I can have the torrent box use a different internet connection, but still keep it on my network.  I can crank the share speeds up and not affect VPN, VNC or other things I use.

Now I have one in my server rack and I love it.  This was the first build of this server.  After using it I decided I needed a bit more features and rebuilt it in a different way.  So, this article is for the "simple way" and the next article will be for, "the slightly harder way".

While I was at work today I was knocking on a customers door for their scheduled appointment. The customer never answered the door so I made my way back to my van.  Sitting in the van talking to dispatch I was ooking around the neighborhood since it was there and I had to look at something.

I have been sick for at least a week now and it has SUCKED.  I don't get sick too often due to being around the public so much.  I think my immune system has superpowers against all the people I am around. 

It seemed really funny to me I got my bike and started to ride a lot, and after one whole week I got sick.  It sounds like trying to be healthier got me sick.

My friend Scott rides freestyle, and I ride more street.  Two different styles of bike riding that share some similarities but the differences in bikes prevents people from being able to do both on one bike.

Well Scott has been having perverted thoughts about my bike so he is always taking it from me and trying his freestyle moves on it.   Read on to see pictures of how me molested my bike and even a video.
